M. A. Al Kawari Est. started its operation in 1975 with a blue printing service contract with Saudi Aramco. In 1978, realizing the need of the Kingdom for more construction companies to participate in infrastructure and pipeline constructions for its expanding oil industry, the company realigned its business objectives along with the Kingdom’s goals and demands.

With these objectives, the company started its Trading and General Contracting ventures. In a short period of time it was then awarded by Saudi Aramco with its first construction contract which was the Qatif-JuaymahPipelines Anchors and Supports Reconditioning projects. Since then, MAK has rapidly expanded its exposures to various civil and electro-mechanical construction activities, carrying the expertise in the field of plant and pipeline construction and maintenance works.

Today, MAK is fully equipped to meet all the requirements of a contract agreement with Saudi Aramco and other industries in the Kingdom.

The establishment since 2004 had been awarded two of Saudi Aramco Onshore Maintain Potential Project Contracts as a Work Unit Rate Contractor which the latest contract recently expired last July 2016. As an LSPB Contractor, M.A. Al KawariEst. successfully completed the ShedgumGas Plant Daylighting Project covered by BI–0053, and BI–3095 Daylighting Projects for various work sites within the Eastern Province.

Other field of service expertise and experience includes pipeline Construction & Maintenance/Repair, Building Construction (special or model residential only), Industrial Plants Construction and Maintenance, Mechanical and Electrical Fabrication and Installation, Light & Heavy Equipment Repairs & Transportation, Painting/Coating Offshore Structures, General Earth & Site Preparations and Dewatering Services.

M. A. Al Kawari Est. is one of the few construction contractors who had been approved as an LSTK contractor by SAUDI ARAMCO, Saudi Electric Company, JUBAIL ROYAL COMMISSION PLANTS and SABIC.

In August 24, 2006, British Standards Institution or BSI awarded M.A. Al KawariEst., its ISO 9001:2000 certification and since then the company maintains its ISO:2008 certificate in good standing. In pursuit for its quality objective to provide high level of quality services and customers satisfaction. MAK commits to continue promoting and improving its Quality Management System (QMS). It’s ISO Certification and its continued excellent compliance with its requirements only proved that it has the technical expertise and capabilities to carry out a highly demanding plant and pipeline construction at any magnitude.

Backed up by it’s almost four (4) decades of experience in the pipeline construction industry, M. A. Al Kawari Est. is just too glad to be of service and share its expertise in the realization of the Kingdom’s objectives as well as the growth & development of its neighboring Gulf State countries.
